call me Lord? A what level do you have to play along?
I mean if I really believe I'm superior and you are all my
creations do you have to play along? Should you let me believe what
I want, sure. The question is do you have to participate? The
answer is no!!
Just because you're offended doesn't mean your right and just
because you feel something or belief something doesn't mean it is
true!!

With regard to the Juliet Evancho article (and the numerous
examples just like it), why is it okay for someone to decide they
are transgender because as a child they like "girly" things? We
have been told for years that it is sexist/mysoginist to assume
that girls should play with dolls, wear dresses, makeup, etc. But
now if a child likes dolls, dresses, and makeup, we assume it's
because they are really a girl. That seems either backwards or
contradictory. On one hand we tell people not to associate a toy
with girl or boy, but then at the same time we say if a child likes
this "girl toy" then they must be trans.

Sorry Air Gear, but if you were born with a penis, two working
testes, etc. you were not "born a girl"
You can say I was born a boy, but felt like I should have been a
girl, that I think my mind works more like a girls, so am
mutilating some body parts to make it look like how I wish I had
been born. And will substitute the hormones the testes would have
produced with an outside hormone/drug.....That would be true.
When a girl who is 5'5" and weighs 70 pounds looks in the mirror
and their mind tells them they are fat, we do not have to agree
with them.

Funny you should mention games....See I have a niece who has grown
up as the girl she was born as, and has a body that has been
developed by female hormones, so she has a female bone structure
and muscles that have not known testosterone.
She has worked very hard to excel in track and field, in
competition with other females. But the trans mafia would have you
believe that a boy, developed as a boy, with testosterone, has male
bone structure, and muscles developed by them. Can now complete
against her for scholarships, all because he can say, "I was born a
girl, I just have these male parts"

Wow. usualy just come to this site for the links. Just saw this
trainwreck of a thread and my brain melted a little bit.
Not gonna read through all 9 pages cause who has time for that? Few
points for the OP to chew on.
1) Cis is not a slur. it's the oposite of Trans. Same way straight
is the oposite of gay, or short is the oposite of tall. There's
literally no reason not to use it other than being a bigot and
denying that being transgender is a thing
2)Being trans is not a choice or a fantasy. There's a lot of
research to show it's a medical condition caused by a hormone
imbalance during pregnancy. The dysphoria is real and repression
rarely works. The medical profession has found the best treatment
is hormones, followed by social transitioning and surgury if
nessecary. There's no good reason not to treat a trans indiviual as
their prefered gender. It doesn't harm you to do so and activly
harms them if you don't. Anyone with half a bit of empathy would
understand this
3) "man" and "woman" are not biological terms they're cultural.
Definitions of what it means to be a "man" or a "woman" have varied
massively throught human history. Just beacuse trans indivuals may
not have been accepted as their prefered gender in the recent past
doesn't mean that they can't be in the future.
If you look at the history of the world you'll find plenty of
examples of individuals acting in ways that most people in the west
today would consider contrary to their expected gender roles. Just
look at the Hijras Of India, the The Two-Spirits of north america
or the sworn virgins of Albania.
