Wait, in the cult of chucky there is no female body taken. Chucks
tries to take over the little girls body but the grandmother
apparently stops it from happening

On of my favorites that wasn't listed here is an episode on
"The Dresden files"
Episode is called "the Boone identity"
A male villain steals the body of a really gorgeous female
detective.
If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. I'll list more as
they come to me

Another one that can be considered a body theft of a woman by a
male is the "Critters 2" movie
Where a facelesss male bounty hunter transforms into a beautiful
playboy playmate.
Not so much a body theft but it's similar

Oh another good one is
"Prelude to a kiss"
Some wouldn't consider it a body theft since it's sort of a mutual
agreement because the bride (Meg Ryan) subconsciously wishes to
switch places with an old man at her wedding. But it's apparent
that she didn't really expect it to happen but the old man wanted
it to happen and was much more happy with the switch

post 10, you are speaking about a different movie from 2013 "Curse
of Chucky".
Watch the new movie, 2017,
Chucky transfers into Nica.
In this new one Chucky reveals he was successful transferring to
Alice before.

It always disappoints me that they have the "everything goes back
to normal" at the end of most "stolen bodies" media.
I would rather see endings where they aren't back to status quo.
Someone had their body stolen and the new body is killed/lost,
things like that.
It really bugs me (and is somewhat lazy writing not dealing with
fallout) when they reset button everything at the end of a story.

Post16, I fully agree. Much prefer swap / transfer where the
villain wins at the end.
Hope to see more in future movies / TV.
A vitality transfer would be neat. An old 60 or 70 year old woman
totally stealing the youth and beauty of a 20 year old girl. Video
showing each woman at various stages of the transfer. This should
not be the movie ending, we need to see her flaunting her new
beauty in a few outfits.
Or a rich old woman scouting and picking a model for a donor body.
Then bribes a full team of people and has her head transplanted
onto the girls young body. The next 2 or 3 weeks are pure magic as
the young body rejuvenates her old head, she looks 25 again. Then
she visits and shocks a few old friends.
