A Georgian movie about one arrogant boss, who makes the lives of
others miserable and is forced to start the same day again and
again in different bodies to learn the lesson.
1. his employee
2. his driver
3. the employee's wife
4. old man
5. a dog
Quite entertaining movie in style of a 'Groundhog Day'. So far no
subtitles or any synopses in a language I could read.

I don't think this film I'm about to link to needs its own thread
but suffice to say, it's both a) excellent and b) there's a section
that isn't entirely dissimilar to what's described above. Suffice
to say, it's a lot more sinister. As in a lot

He does kinda though? At the 1 hour 8 minute mark he gets "raped"
by the employee's wife's husband. Final frame is a look of shock as
he thrusts behind her before it fades to the next day.

He did not thrust into her, not enough time and no clothes had
moved yet, but she did know what was about to happen? Love the
scene and look on her face. So much want to be a woman like her,
and be in that same position with my boyfriend/husband. Dominated
and taken.

That wasn't the woman's husband. That was the main character/boss.
There is a scene earlier in the movie where the wife gets sent to
her husbands boss's house and is coerced into having sex with him.
When he gets into her body, he has to relive the day as her.
Check out the scene at 21:15. She is in bed with husband. He gets a
call, presumably with boss. The husband tells her something. She
gets upset. Then shows up at the boss's home and makes out with
him.
When he inhabits her body he ends up in the same clothes and makeup
and tries to avoid having sex with the boss. But it appears after
fending off his advances and leaving, she has to go back where he
forces himself on her.
Check out the earlier scenes. It is a great set up to the TG
content.

That's great. I hope to see more stories where a rapist gets
comeuppance by becoming a woman and gets raped themselves.

Why did the guy in the woman's body still wear the same blue dress
and know how to put her makeup on? Was he just playing the part or
on autopilot? Like why didn't he just walk out in sweats and a
hoodie? Or did he have to dress up cute and wear makeup because he
was playing the part since he had to deal with himself that wanted
to get physical and touchy with him?

Bud... I can't say for sure as I don't speak the language, but he
really messed up several people's lives in one day and now is
reliving that one day as each of them. There is obviously magic
involved.
The "sage" character explains things in detail on the phone after
each change, but until we hear from someone who speaks Georgian
Russian, we can't know exactly.
He goes through nearly everything she goes through earlier in the
movie. He fends his own male advances off a bit in the first visit,
and then gets cocky returning to the home. That is when after he
resists his original body his body ties her wrists and bends her
over.
Note while in her body, he/she has some body language like he/she
is is calling the shots.
Pretty ironic.
