Thanks Adama. I know you mean well and its outta of your hands. Like I posted before what is, Is!. If I don't get in. Like Lord Atama posted thanks for the good memories at the addventure/

If you can get to the forum like your post said, you ought to be able to get to the Addventure too. I thought it was the same account system. Maybe I'm wrong.

I been using the Google to look up bearchive then hit breast expansion archive forum to just let me lurk and read all the comments just there and nothing else. Been using everything else to be just lock out with login ins. Perhaps in the future if I can get another working email it would let me in but I wouldn't hold my breathe on it.

Why not do what I do and create a free gmail account? You don't have to give them any personal information. They ask a few questions, but anything personal you can either leave blank or lie about (like birth date). I've got a few different gmail accounts already for different purposes.

Shame about the site still be stuck behind signing up for an account. I actually looked at writing.com and buying a membership but the amount of interactives you can have won't work. Perhaps fiction branches might be better for this or another site if anyone has any ideas.

As of yesterday the BEA has started looking at loosening up the login restriction for the Addventure. How loose remains to be seen.

From: guest (Bonkers) , 78 months, post #27
Adama I did what you told me about signing up with gmail and done so with google mail. Yet when i sign up at the Bea site land gave them all the necessary information, Yet it still denial me due to either incorrect password or user name. So at this point I'm left out in left field

I was watching the forum and whatnot for the past few months since this issue came up, and I just dunno anymore. If Botcomics is doing anything about it, it might be too late for me. It sucks that I went from reading it every single day for almost two years to nothing now. And it really sucks for Adama and Gonzo, since you guys have always been really awesome handling the site. I'm not comfortable on the site as is without the https and the difficulty of the login.

As of today they are promising to remove the login requirement, hopefully this week. Please have a little patience...

From: guest (Mango) , 77 months, post #30
I'm still lurking around the forum and whatnot, so no worries. Hopefully soon indeed. But yeah, I realized a few days ago that it's a bit harder to google search the addventure stuff now, so I'm hoping that becomes easy again eventually.

From: guest (Adama) , 77 months, post #31
Google Search is currently broken because Google can't get past the login screen; any results you get are probably due to Google caching. That problem should go away when they remove the login screen.

Someone over at Legends of BElial found a working link to the BEA that's unregistered:

http://old.bearchive.com/~addventure.

Seems to work.

From: guest (Adama) , 77 months, post #33
Um, no. What they found is that today (finally!) the BEA removed the login requirement from the Addventure completely. So as of today, you are no longer required to log in to either read or post episodes.

Google Search should start working better after its web crawler re-archives the episodes now that it isn't blocked by the login.

From: guest (brayn) , 77 months, post #34
so old.bearchive.com/~adventure is the new permanent address? bearchive.com/~adventure still redirects to the login screen.

From: guest (Bonkers) , 77 months, post #35
I got in the first time without login; using my old address on my old PC that was still save. Yet I had to do it the second time on my new laptop; using the google search to get me into unto the forum. whereupon I just edit the forum to get me the addventure address, with the login attach to it and got me in the second time without the login page. If that helps anybody.

From: guest (Adama) , 77 months, post #36
Brayn, is it because you're spelling it wrong? It's supposed to be "addventure", not "adventure".

Bonkers, I'm not clear from what you're saying whether you still see a login screen or not. If you are, what URL are you going to that causes the login screen to come up? Or is it just because you're going to the BEA first?

From: guest (Adama) , 77 months, post #37
Hm, I notice that if you start from bearchive.com, you do have to log in first before it will show you a link to the Addventure. If you have the Recent Episodes page or some other Addventure bookmarked, you can bypass the login by just going to your bookmark instead.

From: guest (Bonkers) , 77 months, post #38
Oh sorry about that confusion Adama. When I use my laptop I have to use google search engine to get both Addventure and this one site together. Because for reason even using google chrome I been getting stuck with using either Bing or Ask, which refuse to give me this one site.
Besides that for your main question, I been using windows ten. But like I said when I edit out the forum when I'm in the forum site altogether to just have Bearchive which gives a list to use and one has the Addventure site on it and at the very end of it still shows the log in still attach to the very end of it black ink.
But once I click onto it. It brings me to the ole page of the adventure and not the login site, which has a click on to it that brings me to the recent episode list page, whereupon the comments is on and on the very top as all the lists of whereupon you want to enter in the adventure and onto the forum.
Adama I hope this helps this time around to make it a little clearer in how I been doing it from scratch. For like I say before on my PC. I use my save ole adventure link to get me in to the main addventure page.

From: guest (Bonkers) , 77 months, post #39
OH Adama. I use the Breast Expansion Archive Forum to get me into the forum and once I edit out the forum and use the adventure link, with the login in attach to it. It brings me to Unending BE: The Index page that has a another link attack to it; near the bottom to get one.

From: guest (Adama) , 77 months, post #40
So why don't you create a bookmark / favorite for the Addventure on your laptop, like you have on your PC?

I did ask the BEA whether they could change it so you could navigate from bearchive.com to the Addventure without logging into the BEA, but they said no. But the easiest way to avoid that is to just create a bookmark.
