Introducing: Merry Raven Games - Mature Custom Board Game Content

Caw!

Hello! I'm the Merry Raven and I'm hoping some of you might want to come and look at the custom content I'll be creating for Eldritch Horror and other board games that I enjoy.

To give you an idea of what you'll likely find, expect lots of content focused around transformations, gruesome fates, and dark choices. My first post focuses on a new Possession mechanic for Eldritch Horror, but I have plans for body swaps, absorptions, and even a card that basically implements the well known Great Shift as a potential event in the game.

My ideas are still very early in development and I'm definitely looking for feedback! Please take a look at my blog below if any of this interests you:

Hey again!

I just posted an update on another new mechanic I'm working on: Replace Investigator. Also included is a new Condition used often by this mechanic and a new Mythos card that sets up one scenario for it.

This new mechanic will force investigator changes on players mid-game, likely causing quite a disruption and hopefully bringing with it some new narrative hooks. It's sort of inspired by the body swap encounter in Arkham Horror's Science Building, just more versatile.

More new content just recently updated!

Investigators will now be able to transform into body absorbing Succubi with lots of fun, tastefully sexy narrative! Check it out!

I'm glad you see a lot of potential! I think I've created the majority of the foundation for my current ideas, so now it should simply be fleshing them out into developed concepts.

Also, Eldritch Horror is just my current focus. I have a lot of ideas already drafted for other board games as well. Most notably, I have pages worth of rough content for Shadows of Brimstone. I'm sure a lot of it will end up on my blog sooner or later too. =D
