I am a woman & I like to be transformed into a smartphone.

I think by "real women" they mean biological/genetic women. As to differentiate from transgendered women and also men that say they're women.

Easiest thing to do to avoid confusing and offence is probably to just say cis-women. That doesn't strike me as a very hard thing to do.

mwf2ffan #8 does use the term "cisgendered" in the post where s/he uses the term "real women". I understood the modifier "real" distinguish posters who identify as women in real life from those who adopt the persona of a woman on line.

As for whether in-real-life women read and post here, yes -- some do. As mwf2ffan suggests, though, there is very little to be gained by identifying yourself as a woman on-line. It isn't just here, on this board -- its everywhere.

My experience; when I post it is presumed that I am a straight white male unless and until I say otherwise. Unless my gender, race, national origin. etc. is pertinent to the discussion, I do not go out of my way identify.

The casual homophobia and sexism that creeps into on-line discussions is irritating, but there is little to be gained by confronting EVERY instance. I try to pick opportune moments, offering information or opinions when it seems like the person with whom I am corresponding might be open to conversation, rather than trying to bully me out the tribe to which he thinks I do not belong.

To the OP's question, there is a toxic misogyny and cis-sexism that sometimes manifests with (presumably cis-male) fans and producers of TG fiction. It is not universal -- nor even very common -- but you will see it in almost any thread about gender confirming medical procedures (GRS or SRS for those of us of a certain age). It frequently surfaces in "why do you like TG fiction" threads. It only takes one encounter with this for an IRL woman to decide to keep quite about her gender when posting here.

Woman
Trans-woman

Those are the only two there are.

Well being as certain people spit the term "cis-gendered" with venom every time they do I think I'll be using that one quite sparingly.
