I saw this cartoon when I was very young, but I remember that Madam
Ape had a device that could steal your face and put it to someone

Try to check out jatr111 video groups on yahoo.
They are full with F/F and M/F transformation/disguise videos.
Maybe you can find what you are looking for there.

The one you're looking for is:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jatr111_videos33/
To access jatr's other groups, just substitute the "33/" with
anything between just "videos/" and "36/". Remember you must be 18
or older to access the videos and have that information displayed
in your Yahoo! profile.
Also, if I remember correctly, jatr will not available to check his
groups for a while, so don't expect and immediate admission.

Some nice clips there! And, yes, there is something weirdly sexy
about stealing pretty faces. One gets the impression that the
villainess could just as well copy the faces from other women for
her collection, rather than replace them with ape faces like her
real one, but is just being nasty. Cute parody names for her
targets, if a bit dated even then and remarkably dated now.
