There is a relatively new ad-supported mobile application called
FaceApp. It uses neural networks to digitally alter pictures of
people's face based on a set of predefined filters. These filters
include changing someone's gender, making them smile, making them
young, old or hot. I have found the results to be almost like magic
as both the gender and old settings are very convincing. There are
some articles on several tech blogs about the app if you want to
learn more.
For the last few days there has been an almost ever-present FaceApp
thread on 4Chan where people post their gender-bent pictures and
seeing who wants to bang them. Since 4Chan threads don't stick
around long, here is an IGN thread which will give you an idea of

I think the App comes out of Russia, so I don't know if your
pictures are going directly to Putin's hit list or personal wank
library. So be careful if you are concerned about your privacy or
where your face might ultimately show up.

I did it. Very cool. In one I looked like my mom and I never really
scene that resemblance before so that was cool.

As per my album that I posted yesterday, celebrities are easy.
I did a few of myself, and they were much harder. I'm not exactly
what you'd call "attractive" but I'm not "ugly" either. I found it
depended on the right angle and getting the right light source to
make my M2F look good, and I did get a couple that turned out
REALLY well...all things considered.

Just some findings I've discovered while using the app. The first
set of pictures I took and gender swapped came out really good
because it gave me long, flowing hair around my face. Later, while
try to do the same thing, I found that all my gender swapped
pictures had my hair pulled back and it wouldn't frame my face. I
tried a bunch of experiments with different lighting and
backgrounds, and while I would some times get the same effect with
dark backgrounds, I thinks the hair style is based on your hair
style when taking the picture. So if your hair is not flowing
toward your face, your gender swapped picture will follow this
example. If you purposely brush your hair toward your face, you
gender swapped version will have something similar.
