It would be interesting if there was a more automatic way of upload
these stories onto Fiction Branches 🤔

There was this story called "Younger Brother-Sister swap" that
recently got deleted, I saved it some of its best branches:

So, I've been archiving a lot stories from writing.com in Wayback
Machine, if there's any story you guys would like to see archived,
put it here and I'll save it.
I'm trying to archive all the stories from the site (it's about
100GB of interactive stories according to my calculations, not
thaaaaat much, it can be saved)

It'd be a shame to see Milf Mania disappear. Can you archive that?

1) Ok, I just archived arabian nights and medieval transformations.
2) About those stories that Oknocs mentions, I already had
previously archived them as well (Acquiring Powers 1-6 were one the
first ones I archived).
3) I will start archiving "Milf Mania" as well.
4) Here is a list of the stories that I already archived:
https://pastebin.com/HLLqw1dU
5) I'm still working about how the backup archived will work. But
here's an example of "Acquiring Powers 5" archived:
https://goo.gl/ewoana
[ATTENTION: You have to click in the chapter you want to read in
"Interactive Story Outline" page, if you click using the "You have
the following choices" inside the chapter in itself.. it won't
work. I'm trying to solve this out with a chrome script

Really appreciate it! Are you archiving each chapter individually,
or is there some way to mass archive an entire storytree?

You can bulk archive in Wayback Machine using some download
manager, such as "Free Download Manager" and import a list with all
the pages you want to be archive, like...
https://web.archive.org/save/https://SITE01.com
https://web.archive.org/save/https://SITE02.com
https://web.archive.org/save/https://SITE03.com
https://web.archive.org/save/https://SITE04.com
and yada yada..
It will download the files to your PC and will archived them in
WayBack Machine as well, then if you don't want the files you just
delete them (there's probably a better ways to bulk archive content
in wayback machine but they are beyond my habilites)
And yada yada..

Ok, I made a Google Spreadsheet with the links of all the archived
stories so far, it's pretty messy at the moment, but anyway. As I
go archiving the site I will update the spreadsheet

Ok, I was able to archived almost all the stories (only 500
remains)
As I said earlier you had to click in the chapter you want to read
in "Interactive Story Outline" page, if you clicked using the "You
have the following choices" inside the chapter in itself it
wouldn't work (it's complicated but it basically boils down to how
the archiving was made and so on)
But I create a script in Tampermonkey that fix this and allows to
have a more fluid navigation. In order to install just download the
extension "Tampermonkey" for Google Chrome or whatever browser you
uses:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo
And then install this script that I made:
https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/373161-internet-archive-writing-mod
[The script also fix another annoying bug that has to do with the
web archiving machine... archiving the page with bug font size,
like the font was super big, this script fix this as well

for some reason now "Remote of Change" archive is saying access
restricted and asking to login to writing.com. It was working
earlier in the week...
