I'm looking for this show I don't know if it was Thai or
Indonesian. It has this boy who uses a magic hula hoop to turn
himself into 2 girls and 1 adult. Hope this helps.

Random aside but does anyone happen to have this full episode? I
can find a Turkish version of the show but the original (or at
least the one this clip is from) is Malaysian and I can't find
anything beyond that one low quality clip.

It was a Malaysian show. It ended a couple years ago. Sadly they
stopped showing this show anywhere. There's not a single episode on
the internet.

There's no turkish version of this show. Its completely a different
show. Hikayat Putera Shazlan is about an orphan living with his
abusive auntie. He found a magical talking book from his deceased
parent photo frame that can grant him magical items when he read
some poetry.

So he lived with his uncle, aunt and cousin(female). His uncle is
the only one who treat him good while the other treat him like
trash. In the neighborhood area, he made some friends with a girl,
a chinese and an indian. Later in the show, the uncle left to work
abroad. The girl and chinese friend also move away leaving him with
his indian buddy. Later he got a new chinese and female friend. The
abusive aunt also had a younger sister who she shared the mc with.
There are several transformations and a body swap episode as I
could remember.
The first one is fhe transformation episode the famous clip is from
where he got a magical hoola hoop to help his female friend to pass
an audition. In this episode his female friend is auditioning to be
an actor but did it poorly. So he asked the magic book for help and
receive the magical hoola hoop. He transformed into her, pass
audition and went back home. On his way back home he saw his
friends and to get pass them, he covered her face and shirt with
mud and went back home. Later he abused the hoop by turning into
his aunt younger sister and his female cousin then flirt with his
indian friend to ruin their reputation XD. He almost got caught
because the magic book got mad at him and hide the hoop.
The 2nd transformation episode is the episode where he got a bad
result on his examination and the teacher is coming to the house to
consult about this, so to prevent his aunt from finding out, he
seek help from his friends.This time his friends already found out
about the magic book. He received an id tag that can transform its
wearer into the person in the id picture. He asked his indian
friend to wear it and trick his teacher(its all went wrong).
The body swap episode. In this episode he got jealous of his female
cousin cat and all the loves the cat received. So he seek help from
his magic book and the book gave him a headband that can switch
mind when the 2 head bump. He tried to swap with the cat so that he
can have a better life as a cat but he accidentally bumped into the
female cousin. The 2 switch body and have to live as each other.
The female cousin in his body is suffering from all house chores
she need to do in his body while he is suffering from girl stuff
such as make up and waxing her leg. In the end they switched back.
