I have two I want to see.
1. Forever Love: a comedy romance. A wife wrongly suspects her
husband of cheating and gets a wish that she'd punish him with a
gender change until he proves his love to her. To her shock SHE
changes instead and her husband has to love his wife as a man and
she has to win back her old life in a male body. That's right,no
conforming here. The wife will be acting and dressing very feminine
in her male body.
2. A science experiment goes wrong making a college student grow
large female tits. His roommate is a breast man. The main character
learns to love his tits, and a romance blooms between two
"straight" men over their mutual love of breasts.

I would like to see the following.
A girl discover a magical word that allows her to change her
boyfriend into a girl, or change him back into a guy, every time
she says it. She will of course take a lot of fun from that.
Could be a series called: "My Girl Boyfriend"

1) Pendants of Aeternitas made into a movie.
2) A 60 year old lady scientist works for years to invent a head
swapping machine.
For a long time it was said to be only for unique ethical medical
reasons, perhaps it was true.
After the break-though completion there is a celebration. The old
lady slips a drug into the drink of one of her young assistants. A
22 year old girl with a near perfect body and just happens to share
the same blood type. The old lady uses the machine to transfer her
head onto the girls body. Over the next weeks the youthful body
rejuvenates the old ladies head. Hair regains color, wrinkles
totally disappear until she looks to be 20 something herself.
Ending must have a few scenes of body flaunting - bikini, sexy
dress.
3) American Reaper - A few swaps but one TG, perhaps a wealthy old
man into his gorgeous nurse who ends up with lions share of the
inheritance. Or a male gangster into young lady judge.

A tv series like Game of Thrones but with body swap elements.
Plot are largely centered on realism with some small elements of
magic (mainly on the swap plot).
A tyrannical young king swaps with a weak-willed palace maid. Both
characters will be made EXTREMELY UNLIKABLE in the beginning. The
king is a womanizer, arrogant, incompetent, self-centered,
executing his ministers at will, doesn't care of his people and
basically a jerk towards his family and everyone else. The palace
maid is naive, simple-minded, cries a lot, timid, annoyingly
humble, and afraid of everything & anything.
Of course, initially after the swap things will go downhill very
quickly. The already messed up politics of the kingdom will be
worsened and soon the rumor will be spreading that the king is now
slowly going crazy and doing a lot of weird stuff due to his
relationship with a weird palace maid, who is speculated to be
either the king's new toy who has secret ambition or a witch who
somehow manage to control the king.
However things will gradually improve. The palace maid in the
king's body slowly becomes a competent king and even lead the army
in battle to defeat the enemy. The king in the maid's body also
becomes a better person and a respectful lady in the process and
soon a fairy tale-like story will spread across the kingdom about
how a cheerful and brave palace maid from a humble background
manages to change the king from a tyrant to a benevolent ruler.
People begin to demand for him to be made queen.
Whether or not they swap back in the end depends on fans' response
and how the story progress during the different seasons. To keep
things open, both possibility will be hinted. On one hand the
inevitability of them swapping back will be brought up every now
and then. On the other hand, some plots will point to other
direction, such as the maid in the king's body manages to pull out
a sword on a stone which nobody has been able to do and which the
legend has it that only a person destined to be a great king can
pull it out. Also for some fun and to fuel speculation, the
monologues in later seasons will have the inner voice of both of
them to be changed into the voice of their body instead of their
original voice like the monologues in earlier seasons.
One downside to this series is perhaps that maid outfit is usually
not that flattering and this might not be appealing to some people.
So maybe the plot will have it that after spending some time as
maid, he is adopted into the royal family as a princess or at least
adopted into a noble family. Then we can see him a in a all the
finery and costume dresses and dealing with problems like corset.

Without going into detail- I have an idea of a Groundhog day type
of movie where the protagonist is switching bodies in every
restart. he is trying to solve his own murder mystery, changing his
perspective every loop. First he possesses his crush's best friends
body, then her boyfriend and finally his crush. Possessing many
young hot people along the way. he realizes he is in the killer's
body (a hot psycho girl, maybe the best friend) and finds a way to
stop the loop and keep the body.

That Groundhog Day idea sounds brilliant. Me personally I’d like to
see a tv adaptation of Lejla’s story The New Mrs. Harris starring
Christina Hendricks

I dont know why, but sometimes i would like to see some darker
stories, Black Mirror style...
Something involving skinsuits, like a beautifull and sucessfull,
but cruel woman being skinned an weared by one of their employes
and then becoming nicer, a teacher being worn by a student, some
criminals wearing some family as a means to evade law enforcement,
etc...
It would involve some CGI and special effects but would be cool in
my opinion...

1. A movie parodying werewolf movies only the protagonist turns
into a woman every full moon. He starts as a shy and introverted
man but is transformed into a perky and bubbly girl, with a hot
body, every full moon
2. A guy's dog and cat both magically turn into hot women and fight
for his affection, the transformation isn't perfect as they still
have animal instincts and their ears and tails can pop out.

I would want to see a show like the UK's The Misfits do an American
remake. One of the teenagers gets a superpower like Curtis where he
can change his gender. I would like it if this kid wasn't black
(which is what Curtis was), had a hot female version, and before
getting the power he is kind of a womanizer who hates women (or
thinks them lesser than men). Initially he is horrified with his
power and very reluctant to use it but gradually starts to accept
it and even like it.

Guest #29:
The closest to that I can think of was a movie called Night of the Queerwolf
.
It's so bad it's almost good if you're feeling in the mood for
stupid 80s humor. Sort of a parody of American Werewolf in London
and the original (Lon Chaney?) werewolf movie.
I'll admit I actually lol'd in some spots and even when I'm
enjoying bad humor I usually am not vocal about it. The
transformation scene is funny if you've seen 'AWwiL'
(although, he doesn't transform into a woman) and the scene with
the gypsy is, too. The person who bit him actually was played by a
woman (attractive, but with Sheila Easton hair) but we never saw
the transition of that person from male.
Warning: The humor would seem offensive today to the overly
sensitive but in a way it was also parody-ing straight male
homophobia/dragphobia.

Love to see a move set in us civil war young man or olde boy is
disguised as a girl to avoid the war corset bloomers petticoats the
lot

I swear I've seen or have known about a lot of movie's with dodo's
scenario but can't think of one right now, but they are out there.
The closest I can think of are two kids' soccer movies. Rodney
Dangerfield's Ladybirds
and an Amanda Bynes one which was the opposite: girl disguised as
boy.
It reminds me of a joke though.
A guy is running from some guys who are trying to draft him into
the army. He runs up to a woman in petticoats and says, "Lady,
please, ya' gotta help me! I don't wanna go to war. Can I please
hide under your dress?
She lifts up her skirts, he jumps under and hides. The recruiters
run up to her and say, "Ma'am, did you see a man run by here?" She
shakes her head and they run off.
After a while, the guy climbs out of hiding and thanks the woman
profusely and then he says, "If you don't mind me saying, you have
some beautiful legs."
She says, "If you had looked a little higher, you would have seen
an even more impressive leg. I don't wanna go to war, either."
