well according to OP he said "Delnaaz Irani " was the actor and I
believe she was the first Kavita so it was the earlier episodes?
but if you remember the opening being different or the actress
playing Kavita to be another one that may help

Ya to clear up any confussion this post was created to find which
episode a body swap occured between 2 of the female characters
Meera and Kativa
I believe it was narrowed down to be in the first 100 episodes due
to the fact that one of the characters was recasted before episode
100.

did some research so far
We know it's not, according to OP and other posters, Not the first
opening
That takes out episodes 1-466 (i saw 470 has OP2 which means it has
to be some episode between 471-630, also it's not episode 520 since
that was the costume mom swap one)

missing: 480-502, 522, 523, 533-540, 547-569, 576-596,
598-end(631?)
note: in 570+ I saw a different opening and pretty sure the main
girl is played by a different actress
but in episode 597 it had both original girls
