So, it's a Filipino show.
Does anyone know whether the woman also got swapped? Or just the
father and son?

Judging by the look of the trailer it seems like its a body swap
between the boy and his idol and then there seems to be a swap
later on with the woman.
Now we just need to find this in full.

nice find, according to an interview with the actress:
"Talking about her two projects for Sari-Sari, Shy said she’s
thrilled to be cast in Mark Meily’s “Kuya and ME,” a comedy partly
inspired by the Disney live action classic “Freaky Friday.”
In the new sitcom, a 5-year old boy (Alonzo Muhlach) occupies the

like his brother is miraculously (and literally) granted on his 5th
birthday.
Shy admits that even she herself will be part of the switcheroo.

If I interpret the teaser correctly:
the first switch (after wish):
younger brother <-> older brother
the second switch (after they try to reverse the wish, but mess
up):
younger brother --> older brother --> girlfriend -->
younger brother
would very much like to see that but it seems impossible to find.

You're right about it. It seems impossible because this series
aired only on certain television in the philippines, particularly
to subscribers of a certain tv cable provider. Im from philippines
however its not available in my area.

@m2mpossession22 Not a lot of the local channels in the Philippines
like putting up their content online for free. Full episodes of
shows from ABS-CBN (like Wansapanataym or Bagani) are blocked by a
paywall but they still do post clips of them online. GMA puts up
episodes from their shows on YouTube but they fucking suck at
putting descriptions when they upload them. (Because they air five
episodes of a show a week, like most of them do.) TV5 had put up
episodes of their old shows on their website before. But since that
channel focused more on sports, they scrubbed their collection off
the internet. TV5 owns Sari Sari but they don't like putting stuff
online. My cable provider just got Sari Sari but I haven't found
Kuya & Me on their schedule.
