Adding to this. It's kinda wrong? We only see chota disguised as
nikaido without any transformations, in episode 14 (episode 12+???)
they eat the dream machine mushroom and he reverts back but en
tells "nikaido" to turn back from chota but there is no process
shown

I really hope that the Transformation animation is like OG 007’s,
rather than a crappy light-show that transitions into the new
appearance. With her having a full body android armor like that
though, i have a feeling it will be a light show or some other
effect, rather than an actual Physical Transformation.

show, yeah the TF won't be as fluid as hand drawn animation but her
vs the original 007 could be interesting. Shapeshifter vs
