I saw this recently as well. I was under the impression that the
person who she switched bodies with was a teacher. I also do not
understand Japanese but he seemed much older.
The best part was when her boyfriend came over.
I "think" they switched back at the end although it was unclear. It
seemed regardless of who was in her body she was having sex all the
time.

ROBO, you could be right. It may be her teacher she switches with.
It is interesting either way, none-the-less. English sub-titles
would help.

hmmm... strikes me that I recall a japanese comic that was very
close in story-line. A tumble down the stairs, teacher becomes boy,
boy becomes girl, girl becomes teacher. Could this be a video
version of the same story?

The "falling down the stairs together and switching personalities"
story is a much-used Japanese cliche. I doubt if your manga and
this film are related. I have no idea of where the concept
originated, but I have seen dozens of stories using this plot.
Typically the characters are arguing about who's life is easier
before they tumble. The story-line makes a tiny bit more sense (to
me) when it occurs on the steps of a Buddhist temple, since that
implies some mystical forces at work. But it often occurs in
secular settings -- especially at schools.

The two are both classmates in their class (the difference in age
by sheer appearance is simply because of the actors chosen for the
roles). The film was fairly recent as far as I remember. The setup
and execution was very formulaic, however, it was a live porn, as
opposed to manga, so there was ONE difference.
Honestly, I did find it odd how he would immediately take to
"heterosexual" sex in his new body. I personaly would have believed
him to quickly try lesbian sex prior to sex with a male.

Really bad casting to have the main student look like he is about
30. lol. I enjoyed it but I thought it must be a teacher but at
least this explains why it was not thought to be inappropriate.

I don't know - if nobody else but my co-swapper knew about the swap
- I'd probably try hetero as a female prior to f-on-f action.
