There is a manga on E-Hentai called "Tenkousei - Ore no Asoko ga
Aitsu no Are de", which features a pair of students who fall down
the stairs of a shrine while having sex and end up exchanging only
reproductive organs. The manga is currently set to be expunged for
not being labeled a Hentai manga. If you're interested, grab it
while you can. I didn't see this manga elsewhere online.

On E-Hentai, you'll need to open up the advanced options to allow
it to show expunged galleries when you search for this.
If you search for this manga through Google, it seems this is now
also on Hitomi.la as well. This message board is pretty strict
about providing direct links, so you'll just have to use the
information I've already provided.
While we're talking about mangas with junk swaps, another one that
comes to mind is [Kabuki Shigeyuki Kono Osu Buta!! This is a pretty
old manga, so it is pretty easy to find from Google.

Yea, the Kabuki Shigeyuki Kono Osu Buta is one i saw a long time
ago. classic. I used to have this folder full of hentai with this
kind of stuff but my laptop died and I haven't been able to find
that torrent again.

I remember a hentai from a while ago where a guy had a detachable

It's "out there", but I guess my 13 Genders series fits into this
