its the same kind of digital rotoscoping that the director (Richard
Linklater) used in _Waking Life_.
if you've got a Mac, you can do the same kind of thing with
Synthetik's Studio Artist.
there are also rotoscope plug-ins available for Adobe After
Effects.

There is a great female morph right in the trailer! I would
definitely go see this anyway since it's Philip K. Dick, origin of
movies like Blade Runner and Minority Report.

is chameleon suit thing if I remember, so that law enforcement can
re-use inserts in drug/organised crime ops. People learn, so it's
kinda hard to use the same person again and again for busting drug
groups
