There's now a used copy on eBay. Don't know what the rules about posting links here are, so just search for it. From Australia so the postage could be steep depending on where you are.

Its only that they don't have one yet. It takes time especially when you are dealing with multiple distribution methods, territories, etc.

No release date, a vague discription about the movie. Released in Japan first! You would think with this community so small and tight knit, we would have been treated a little better with some of this information about the movie. I think It's a given that we are going respect to support Mako and his movie. I guess with the other movies we bought in support of him doesn't mean much.

It's out of Mako's hands. He sold the distribution rights and they control the release date, marketing yadda yadda.

As I said I am a supporter. I have purchased everything he has released and did not beg anyone to illegally post it. I was only making an observation and did not think I was being rude or crying. I did not tell anyone to shutup or call someone a prick which is rude. Yes he gives free stuff, but so does a lot of others. I just thought that being in this community as major supporters we would get a little preferential treatment. There are hundreds of fan club blogs that get information before the general public.

For starters, me and everyone who's been a part of Mako Pictures do appreciate the support of people like yourself. So understand, the lack of information has nothing to do with withholding information.

The challenge with "Paradox Alice" over anything other TF TG thing I've done, is that the distribution of the movie is not entirely in our hands. Up 'til now, we were in 100% control of distribution and when something came out. This includes all of the material we put out on the YouTube Channel which includes Animations, Podcasts and Comic Videos.

I do not feel it's appropriate to post incorrect information. Because if I, then not only would there be a backlash for that, but then I would be crying wolf. The information shared with us by our film distributors is very little as well. We knew there were some "foreign territories" that picked up rights to the movie, but we did not have a release date nor how they were going to release the movie. So the DVD from Japan was a surprise to us as well.

I was actually disappointed, because I feel that DVD is of lower quality than what we have as a final product and does not include any extras which we have a ton of.

We are currently working on a North American release of the movie, but again I do not have specific just yet, because the potential deal that I know of has not been officially locked down.

I have posted here and on other forums and podcasts much of this, including our frustration with not being able to release the movie as soon as we wanted compared to past projects. We spent 4 years of our lives on "Paradox Alice". The last thing we would want to do is hold it back all that work from everyone. As someone who's constantly sharing material with the community, I think that's fairly obvious.

You're selling a DVD DISC that you own. You're not illegally selling pirated copies of the material, or a linking to a non-authorized downloadable video file.

This would be the same as selling a book or original poster... or an action figure/figurine/doll. The link to your auction would be allowed. As it has in the past for these other items.
