During the game's season mode, there is a storyline where your male character gets turned into a woman by Candice Michelle's magic wand.
In the Uh Oh Magic storyline, Candice Michelle uses her magic wand to change Edge's voice to Davari's, and she later changes Edge into the Boogeyman.

There is a video on youtube showing it, just search for smackdown
07 story or something and you sould find it. Basically from what I
seen in that scene your character is complaining about getting
knocked out by candice in a previous match with her wand. Your
character calls her a wicked witch and she retaliates by
challenging your character to a match. So forth she turns your
character into a woman. The clip ends there but I am guessing you
have to play that match. I also read that you get turned back later
but not till after someone attempts to invite you on a date, and
one can only guess what happens if you lose your match, all info
I've been able to find.

You have got to be ****ing kidding me. WWE requested that the video
be removed? For God's sake, it's just a clip from a VIDEO GAME, not
a goddamned wrestling match.
WWE is a bunch of uptight assholes...they think everything
wrestling is theirs. Dickheads.

I have to admit i am getting tired of WWE i've been a devout fan
since i was a little kid when my dad took me to Wrestlemania 5 but
recently the storylines are just turning me off and what they've
done with ECW just pisses me off on so many levels to a point were
i'm tunning into TNA more often than WWE it's just sad to see an
era come to an end for me.

it took you this long to get sick of it? the WWF started sucking in
the early 90's. The heyday of modern wrestling was the 80's.
Used to be old fashioned good guy vs bad guy as enough. the whole
soap opera type of bullcrap brought it down.
remember when you'd watch wrestling and you'd actually see
wrestling? Then between matches, Mean Gene would interview. No
storylines about vince. no storylines about the hoochie of the
week. It just sucks royally today.

And, what's up with the Superstars changing ring personas. There
was Bradshaw of the APA, who was teammed up with Farooq (Ron
Simmons) and then he becomes John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) and fires
Ron Simmons, and now is color commentator on Smackdown.
The Godfather was once Papa Shango, then Godfather, then
GoodFather, back to GodFather.
Tatanka is back and he's got a fued going on with Bobby Lashley,
and Batista beat Finlay on Smackdown and is ready for his big match
with King Booker (Booker T).

Well it's Gimmick changes, it keeps certain wrestlers fresh and
exciting. Booker's Career was revived totally with the King Booker
gimmick.

I got to the story in the game. The storyline is called, uh oh,
it's magic. What magicmaximus said is right, then, the next week,
you're still a woman before the match, then Candice comes in and
changes you back.
Spoiler below
The story ends in a ladder match against Edge(after he's given
Daivari's voice and turned into the Boogeyman in consecutive weeks
and whom Candice is managing when all this starts) with the wand
hanging above the ring. I won, and, after Candice asks you to give
it back and does her GoDaddy dance, you break it in half. Then it's
revealed in the WWE magazine in your locker room that it was all a
concussion induced dream, caused by Candice hitting you in the head
with the wand in the initial match.
