Anyone able to recall this TV show TG transformation scene?

One of the twin boys wants to be different from his brother, and the angel asks if he wants blonde hair, freckles and a little button for a nose. I have this memory .... Must be from the 80's. a boy is at a doctors office I think and he doesn't like how he looks and the doctor asks him if he'd like to have a "cute little button nose" and when he says yes he turns him into a little girl. I remember the phrase "cute little button nose"...and I can picture someone sitting on a table....but that's all.

I know it's not much to go on but I just wondered if it rang any bells for anyone here?

I definitely remember this. The guy was an angel if I remember right, can't quite remember the name of the show - right on the tip of my tongue. I'll probably remember it by tomorrow.

The name of the show is Out of the Blue. It is listed on this site. The question has come up more than once in the past.

All I know is the episode episode was called "Double Jeopardy"

If I had been the boy who did not want to look like his brother, I would have said make me look like my sister Stacey (Tammy Lauren) (-:

Don't get your hopes up but I had this on VHS at one point, just this scene though. I've been reviewing all my old tapes but no luck so far. If I find it i'll post it.

That would be great. It's so rare we ever get any new/old content like this. Would be quite a score. But I will keep my hopes appropriately down, as instructed. :-)

OMG. I hadn't thought about this in years! I am pretty sure that this was the first-ever TG transformation I ever saw growing up...and for years it always stuck with me. I'd love to see this again!!!
