Description
Everything on the planet I'noxia - all buildings and life forms -
are made from a substance called N-10, which can be re-shaped into
anything imaginable. The I'noxian Delacore first appears in the
issue in his natural form, a bipedal alien cyborg. He and the other
I'noxians later assume a more humanoid appearance, and Delacore
appears as a young male cyborg. He meets Supergirl in the form of
an old man, and then he uses her memories to transform into a
legendary Kryptonian heroine, Val-Ro.
