Description
Ligeia seduces an engaged man, Jonathan. His fiance, Rowena, finds
out and breaks off the engagement. Ligeia cast a spell on Jonathan
and he is uncontrollable attracted to her. Ligeia is fatally sick
and ends up killing herself. Ligeia then possesses the young girl,
Loreli, who lives on her estate. In Loreli's body she tricks the
fiance and swaps bodies with her. Loreli's soul is restored and
Rowena's is cast out and replaced by LIgeia. Shortly after, Rowena
possesses Loreli. Jonathan sleeps with Rowena (really Ligeia) and
starts to figure out something is wrong. Jonathan discovers Ligeia
and Rowena comes to Jonathan in Loreli's body. They make a plan to
get her body back. Jonathan is successful and Rowena's soul is
restored to her body. As all 3 of them drive away from the estate,
we find out the Loreli is again possessed by Ligeia.
