Description
Emperor Ming sent agent to Earth with morphing ability to collect
information. He was able to scan any person and appeared as them
later on, including Flash Gordon's father, and a female scientist.
Near the end, when the morphing device was damaged, he rapidly
changed into all the people scanned in the device, for a couple of
time, before dying. He also have another device that can brain
drain others, and collect information that way from those people.
