Description
Body-swapping villain the Ultra-Humanite returns. He's in a male
body this time, but there are references to his old (often female)
forms. Ultra seems to be getting more mentally unstable after all
the switches, and Wildcat and The Atom exploit this by teasing him
about his old feminine forms.
