Description
In another of those wonderful Harryhausen never-never wonderland
adventures, an evil magician forces Sinbad to take him to the
deadly isle of Colossa (so that he can retrieve a powerful genie in
a lamp) by surrepticiously shrinking Sinbad's girlfriend to about
four inches in height. She remains this size for most of the film
(even sliding down into the lamp to visit with the boy genie) but
is returned to normal in the end. The girlfriend was played by
Katheryn Grant, later to become Mrs. Bing Crosby. In a short
segment, a chatty lady in waiting is also transformed into a
half-snake/half-woman.
