Description
In this trifle, Shadey, a British mechanic, has the power to
project his thoughts directly onto film, as Ted Serios claimed to
be able to do some thirty years ago. He's a peaceable-type who only
wants to use this power for good, but nefarious government agents
doublecross him and bring military matters into the equation. At
the end, Shadey finally accumulates enough money to do what he's
always wanted: have a sex change operation. She rows away on a
river toward her new life. So-so.
