Description
The dwarfish criminal/mad scientest Dr, Miguelito Loveless, tests
out his shrinking powder on his arch-enemy James West and the
daughter of an Indian chief, reducing them to 6 inches in height.
When West is restored to normal, Loveless uses the powder on
himself and his female assistant in order to escape arrest.
