Description
In this side-scroller version of Zelda, Link (from the first game)
is on a quest to revive Zelda (not the same one from the first
game, but one that was sealed away generations ago). This time, he
has magic spells on his side. One of the spells he learns later in
the game transforms him into a little Fairy. He has wings and is
able to fly higher than the Jump Spell, and can even fly through
locks. It is believed that this is a gender change because all of
the fairies in this game are female, and the pictures of this from
the manual show link as a fairy to be wearing a pink dress.
