Description
Trying to wreck the image of teen heroes (like the team of Young
Justice), the nefarious Agenda hires Klarion the Witch Boy to cause
havoc on the participants of YJ's Justice for All rally. He arrives
and reduces the JLA and the JSA to toddlers.
Trying to fix the situation, Doiby Dickles of Old Justice shoots
the teams with an aging gun, but Klarion hits them with his magic,
and the two mix causing different reactions. The JSA (Black Canary,
Wildcat, Starman, Dr. Fate, Sand, Hawgirl, Hourman, Dr. Midnite,
the Flash (Jay Garrick), Mr. Terrific, STRIPES, Atom Smasher and
Sentinel) are changed into children, the JLA (Superman, Wonder
Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Batman, Steel, Red Tornado, Plastic
Man, Captain Marvel, Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter) are changed
into teens, and Young Justice (Robin, Superboy, Wonder Girl,
Secret, and Impulse) along with Lagoon Boy and the Star Spangled
Kid are aged to adulthood.
The story spans many issues, during which several other characters
of the DC Universe are reduced to childhood (Catwoman, Black Manta,
Penguin, Black Adam, Maxima). Finally, in after an intense battle,
where Klarion realizes he was used by the Agenda, they use the same
method to return to normal.
