Description
A new anime series from the Rumiko Takahashi, creator of Ranma 1/2.
Main hero is a half-man, half-dog demon named Inu Yasha. He is
were-human, during full moon he changes into mere human and lose
all his superpowers. He wants to become human, but evil Naraku (who
was a human, but becomes demon) decieves him. With the help of
Kagome, girl from our time, he collects shartd of magic jewel which
could grant him a wish.
One of his companions is a young fox demon with Shape-shifting
powers named, Shippo. Usually, Shippo appears as small boy with fox
tail and hindpaws. In one episode, Shippo transforms into Kagome in
order to fool and trap the demon to be destroyed by our hero.
Shippo can transform into other things than into a human being:
bow, bubble, horrible demon.
In one episode, moth demon catches all heroes into cocoons and they
started to change into moth.
Naraku can split his body into parts and create spawns, which
granted by part of his abilities. Many monsters also could
masquerade themselves as humans until the last moment.
