Description
This animated direct-to-video was made available at McDonalds
restaurants. The Hamburglar is sad because he doesn't have a
birthday present to give Ronald McDonald. A sinister figure gives
him free passes to "Birthday World". At Ronald's party, Hamburglar
gives Ronald the tickets and the whole gang (including familiar
McDonalds character and a preteen boy and girl) goes to the
amusement park. The rides are creepy and weird. When the partygoers
ride the roller coaster, the bad guy fixes a ray on them and they
are all regressed to various stages of babyhood or toddlerhood.
(The preteens are regressed to diaper-wearing infants.) The mad
scientist announces that he will turn the entire world into babies,
and it is up to Ronald and his friends to stop him... but how can
they if they're just babies?
