Description
In the second story in the collection (originally from Police
Comics #41) Plastic Man goes after a shop lifting ring and
ultimately captures their leader by disguising himself as a female
mannequin. Only 2 panels. I recomend the books merely for the
comedy, imagination and Coles improving artwork.
