Static Shock has quite a few transformations in it
To name a few-
-In one episode, a bully's ex-girlfriend turns into a monster when
she gets angry or randomly, everyone thinks the monster is the
bully, so the ex's plan (to frame him) works perfectly, until
Static intervenes
- There are werewolf and gargoyle TF's in episode I haven't seen
- In one episode some jock randomly turns into a giant gooey
monster.
- Most of the villains a monstery type mutants who used to be human
