Description
In the Metroid games, Nintendo's finest realistic series, the
bounty hunter Samus Aran chases after the parasitic lifeform,
Metroid, and the vicious Space Pirates.
To do so, Samus is infused with a mechanical Power Suit, which is
actually part of her body (though she has the option to remove it).
When her homeplanet was ravaged by the pirates (and her father
killed by the Pirate Leader, Ridley), she was taken in by the
Chozo, a bird-race, and given some of their blood, heightening her
senses and athletic skills. When she was older, they gave her one
of their "uniforms" their warriors wore, which were the Power
Suits. Later on (as seen in Metroid: Zero Mission), Samus gets a
more powerful suit, but it still is similar to the Chozo's, and a
part of her body.
If you wanna argue that it isn't, since she can remove it, then
look at Metroid: Fusion. In that game, Samus got infected with the
X Virus, and it obliterated her suit because it was, as said in the
game, part of her body now. I don't know if this really counts as
full TF, though. She was human at one point, and later became a
cyborg.. part machine. So I would say that it does count. Also, she
has the ability, in her suit, to use the Morphing Ball item, where
Samus transforms into a small, metallic globe in which she can lay
bombs and fit into narrow passages.
