Description
Found this TF on Stonegate's site, but there was no clip, so I
looked it up.
The show is about a girl who enters a school of fighting while on
her lifelong quest to find a prince (never seen the show, so I
don't know if i'm entirely right). The show apparently plays out
like a modern fairy tale. The movie apparently like a retelling of
the story (think the early Dragonball movies).
At the end of the movie (and the beginning of the clip), Utena is
escaping her world with a girl named Anthy (who is, from what i
know from wikipedia, an extremely magical person), when she is
suddenly sucked into a machine, and is turned into the car. It
isn't entirely shown, just her being sucked into the machine,
lowered into it's inner workings, and then the machine changing
her. She doesn't react or talk as a car, so the effect it had on
her mental state is unknown.

Noteworthy is that I've never actually seen the show or the movie
