Description
In part one the rangers are up against a villain who duplicates
(apparently completely) the bodies powers and even voices of prior
villains. In his normal form and costume, he's a male with a black
costume covering all his features and face. At one point he is
split into about six or seven villains, one of which is a tall
female aquatic villainess.
"She" battles the rangers for a few minutes in 2 parts of the half
hour, first time without them knowing who the villain really is.
