==Description==
A few years after the events of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, everyone has gone their separate ways. While home for Christmas break from college, Spencer gets overwhelmed and decides to try and rebuild the console, but it is not working quite right.
The others (Becky, Martha and Fridge) go to Spencer's house to find him, but instead find only his grandfather Eddie and Eddie's friend Milo.
Downstairs they find the console, and because it is not working right, get sucked in, but <spoiler> they do not get to pick their characters.
In the game world, Smolder is now inhabited by Eddie, Sheldon is now inhabited by Milo, and Shelly is now inhabited by Fridge. Martha once again ends up as Ruby.
Later, we learn that Spencer ended up in the game as Ming Fleetfoot.
While attempting to get an item, Martha (Ruby) and Shelly (Fridge (Shelly) end up falling into a green water. This temporarily swaps them into each others Avatar, so Fridge is for a short time in Ruby (and comments that he did touch her boobs), and Martha complains about her beard as Shelly. They swap back after Fridge falls into the water a second time and Martha helps him out of the water.
As they continue on, they encounter Seaplane (once again Alex's avatar), who has Bethany in the body of a horse, Cyclone.
They all realize that with the exception of Martha and Alex, everyone is in the wrong avatars, they are not going to be able to complete the mission to get out of the game. They find more water with the green hue, and jump in.
Now Spencer is Smolder, Fridge is Mouse, Bethany is Shelly, Eddie ends up as Ming, and Milo ends up as the Cyclone, the horse.
After Alex rescues Milo, we learn that Cyclone has an additional power of flight by growing a large pair of wings.
At the end of the movie, they complete their quest, but Milo stays behind to protect the world as his old body in the real world was dying, and he did not have long to live.</spoiler>
