A new Sporix beast Boneswitch has the ability to swap the people's bodies. He first uses this power to swap the bodies of Mucus (a female mushroom monster) with Slyther (a male monster), and after a few minutes at the insistence of Void Knight, swaps them back. While swapped, the new body retains it's original voice.
During a fight with the rangers, he hits them making some changes by swapping <spoiler>Zayto, the Red Ranger (alien male knight from the planet Rafkon), with Amelia Jones, the Pink Ranger (female human) and swaps Ollie Akana, the Blue Ranger, with Javi Garcia, the Black Ranger. He almost gets Izzy to swap with Aiyon, but misses both of them. While swapped, they are demorphed. The spend the day as each other, and Zayto in Amelia's body tries to help Pop Pop with his date. The only acknowledgements really of being in different bodies are Zayto mentioning his much longer hair as Amelia, Amelia trying to get Zayto's antennae to pop out, and Javi mentioning that Ollie's hands are too soft to play his guitar.
They realize they can morph, but they have to use their original morpher while in the new body. When they face off again, the monster swaps Aiyon with a pigeon.
The rangers morph, with Amelia's body becoming the Red Ranger and Zayto's becoming the Pink Ranger, but nothing further is shown. Once the rangers in their Megazord break the antlers off of the monster, everyone reverts to their original body (with Aiyon complaining about the worm his body was about to eat), the rangers give each other back their keys and re-morph as their correct colors.</spoiler>
