Hi
I'm trying to work on a caption story with pictures and text. I m having massive issues with Paint and Paint 3d. No mater what do work isn't saving at all or being over written by the original pic/no text.
Is there a better set up that will allow me to make my captions to share with everyone once I'm finished. Right now I'm writing them in Neat Office cause Microsoft office wont load on my pc, Says I have a account which I don't.
