==Description==
The sequel to Wonder Woman set in 1984, well after World War I from the first film, Wonder Woman stops a group of criminals that robbed a jewelry store in a shopping mall, which in fact was a front for antiquities.
One item that is recovered is the Dreamstone.
Reading the Latin inscription, Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) makes a wish and <spoiler>Steve Trevor reappears. To everyone else, he is the form of the guy whose body he has taken over (Kristoffer Polaha), but to Diana she sees him as Steve Trevor (Chris Pine). She learns that there is a cost to this wish, and that by making it she starts loosing her powers. Finally, Steve convinces Diana to renounce her wish, and she returns to full strength. At the end of the movie, she runs into the man that Steve had inhabited, and they briefly chat. </spoiler>
Barbra Mineva (Kristin Wiig) makes a wish to be more like Dianna <spoiler>granting her more strength, balance, and she is noticed by everyone. Like Diana, there is a cost, and she looses her compassion. She however cannot give this up, and when she helps Max Lord (Pedro Pascal) escape from Diana, he offers to give her more if she wishes it. She tells him that she wants to be an "apex predator", which Max grants her, turning her into a human cheetah hybrid. When Max renounces his wish, and most others eventually do as well, she is seen returning to her original form, but she does not renounce her original wish so she is still left with her heightened powers, and lack of compassion</spoiler>.
