OK, just saw this on Amazon, free with Prime membership.
Ada, a gay male Phillipino hairdresser nearly gets hit with a glowing pink space rock inscribed with the name "Zaturnnah". His friend Didi, apparently with some knowledge of such things, encourages Ada to swallow the rock and gain magical powers, even though the thing is about as big as a cantaloupe.
Ada finally gives in and actually manages to consume the rock. When he says the magic word Zaturnnah, he is transformed into a voluptuous super-powered amazon with a skimpy costume designed by his friend.
After that, well villains are just naturally attracted to super heroes I guess. A giant frog, flying zombies, and alien space babes on a mission to punish men by turning them into women with a wave of a magic wand are some of the tasks for Zaturnnah to overcome. All this in addition to problems with Ada's love life.
And it's a musical! for those who enjoy those. Campy and very weird, but fun. Apparently it's based on a graphic novel but I have not seen that yet.
