My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Episode 6 Times are a Changeling
Transformation : Dragon (Spike), Inanimate (a rock), and a Crystal Pony.
While on a visit to the Crystal Empire to visit her brother, Shining Armor, her sister-in-law, Princess Cadence, and niece, Flurry Heart, Princess Twilight Sparkle takes Spike the Dragon and her student, Starlight Glimmer along.
While at the Crystal Empire, the guards are very suspicious until Cadence and Shining Armor explain that a changeling, a bug-like equine creature was spotted near the area.
Spike is asked to track down the changeling while Twilight spends some time with her family. While exploring a cave, Spike encounters a changeling named Thorax, who is not like any of Queen Chrysalis' drones. He is lonely and has no friends. He explains that he was part of the invasion of the Canterlot Wedding, but refused to take part in Queen Chrysalis' scheme to take over Equestria. He can change forms, including impersonating Spike as well as a Crystal Pony. As a Crystal Pony, Thorax assumes the name 'Crystal Hoof.'
Spike and his new friend hang out and meet new Crystal ponies, who seem to like Crystal Hoof. Thorax's disguise is exposed when he is introduced to Flurry Heart.
Thorax makes a return appearance for the Season 6 finale, alongside Trixie Lulamoon, Discord, and Starlight Glimmer.
After Spike sings a song, "A Changeling Can Change", Thorax is officially welcomed as a new resident of the Crystal Empire.
