In a segment called "Spring of the drowned girl" (which in turn is a parody of the anime series called Ranma Nibun no Ichi), the nerd falls into the lake and gets a pair of breasts, Then he attempt to show his "cleavage" to a comic book guy at a comic book store. He then dresses up as Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, then Elektra from Daredevil (also mentioning Jennifer Garner who played the role in the film along with its flop from 2005 called Elektra), Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII, and finally as Catwoman from Batman. He also gets access to a girl locker room as well. In the end, the nerd becomes a fat girl.
