Agent 33, brainwashed agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. now operating for HYDRA, uses a device to change her face to look like that of Melinda May, a member of the main cast. She is disguised as Agent May for nearly the entirety of the episode.
<spoiler>At the end of the episode, the device is destroyed by May while Agent 33 is wearing it which not only burns her face, but also leaves Agent 33 with a permanent copy of Agent May's face albeit disfigured.</spoiler>
