I remember that game, my friend used to have it. I would play it all the time over at his house. The monsters were always kind of a reflection of what they were. For example the class musician was turned into the howling werewolf, the class president was turned into a two faced monster, and etc.

If I also recall, there was a game were you try and make a potion to turn a frog back into a prince.

When I was in kindergarten, we had an "election" to go with the presidental elections of 1992. I voted for Mark because he gave me his cookie and asked for me to vote for him.

4th graders shouldn't be exposed to the seedy underside of global politics and corruption.

At that age the world should be a shiney safe place filled with friendly muppets, and the cookies should be guilt free.

I think the boy who turned into a living brain was the class brainiac, as well, and the musician was named Wolfgang.
