Hey thanks, I'm checking on the list now... finished with AI:
Somnium Files and currently on Parasite Black. Its a nice follow
through for Parasite Black but hasn't any 'female possession' in
this game.
The one in AI: Somnium Files wasn't that worth it with the
possession didn't last long and the possessed character is a trans
and not that attractive.

Dark Neighborhood is NOT worth your time. No possession at all. It
is just a time sink for corruption.

Old game on the Gamecube from 2005 Geist
You play as a soldier named John Raimi sent in with a special
forces team to shut down a supposed weapons program, project Z
hidden by the Volk Corporation. During the initial mission the team
faces a monster and kills it but then needs to quickly escape.
However before they can be rescuded the soldiers quickly turn on
each other and kill everyone but John and his friend Bryson leaving
them to be captured.
John is subjected to an experiment which separates his soul from
his body, the project was to make soldiers unseen and unable to be
countered, trained to infiltrate and control others. During his
"reprogramming" John is saved by the ghost of a young girl named
Gigi. Gigi teaches Raimi about his powers as a ghost and how he can
control inanimate objects with ease but taking over living beings
requires scaring them. Gigi tells Raimi about the supernatural
events and how the scientists are effectively digging for something
far worse. So now as a ghost Raimi must save Bryson, get his body
back, and stop the Volks corporations plans.
In the game you move from level to level taking over hosts and
using their various powers to solve puzzles and fight.enemies and
bosses with a variety of tools.It wasnt the best or most in depth
game but the concept was nice
the game basically covers the full sectrum of transformations.
Mostly taking control of soldiers. Sometimes inanimate objects to
manipulate the environment. A few animals. One level is primarily
Raimi taking over a woman named Anna to save Bryson. Funny
enough..Raimi himself never talks once in his own body, but he does
in the bodies of others.

To add to the post above:
Omikron: The Nomad Soul on PC and Dreamcast
Quantico Dream's best game (and yes, an actual game, not some
failure if a screenplay turned into a game because David Cage is a
hack)! Open world RPG with a focus on possession.
You play as... yourself and get sucked into a video game world of
Omikron, and into the body of a male cop. From there the story will
unfold and you will find that if you die in the game (IIRC 90% of
the time) your spirit will transfer to the body of whoever touches
your corpse first. The first female possession occurs fairly early
but is dependent on you losing a fight. You eventually gain the
ability to reincarnate at will.
Messiah
You play as a cherubic and chaotic angel named Bob who comes to
Earth to fight evil, but does so by possessing those around him.
This game is an amazingly fun game and has AMAZING possession
mechanics (if you're possessing a street walker, you can kiss your
next body to possess, you can also go back to back to someone and
tumble from body to body).

Recently in The Genesis Order, there are two scenes that involve
possession...
One of the FL's soul got extracted from her body, leaving her an
empty and motionless shell. A demon wanted to enter it but its
stopped by the MC's oracle, possessing the body instead.
Then the mentioned FL's body got involved again... the angel
vacated her body to avoid having sex with the MC, to which the bad
FL enters the empty body to coax the angel.
