I just want to spread JohnG and JR's contribution for their writings on that story. Even though I'm sure they wrote it for their own amusement.

The story got really awesome when they started writing it together.
I highly encourage anyone who haven't read it but are interested in non-vanilla possessions on reading it, especially now since I feels like the genre is depleting.
It's not in the usual 1st person perspective on discovering their new body but more onto the chaos/fun someone that can do by a 3rd person's perspective.(Lots of impersonations and a touch of dark, i've always enjoy darker stories so its great. )

I agree! No kidding, it can really get dark.

I really wanted to get into those lengthy chapters they both have written, but for me, they both heavily focused on one type of relationship, which just wasn't for me I guess.

But I'd still recommend I Know That Ghost for everyone into impersonations, adjustments, etc that accompany the possession theme. A lot of chapters are really well written, not just those by JohnG and JR. I just wish there were more to it than the ol' mom-son.

Yea, they are really into the mother and son theme but it doesn't really bother me. There is much potential to be explored, I would totally contribute if I weren't such a shit writer. They were starting to branch out of the mom-son thing, then it stopped.

I think its always more fun to read when the protagonist have no control.
Memory access and manipulation are so awesome for impersonations/possession. I really wish someone continued their story.

I found the "choosing Jimmy as the one with possessive power + letting him possess your girlfriend" very interesting. I got excited what would come next with those available choices.

I'd like to continue on with the story in some form at some point, finding the time can just be a little hard.

Hey JohnG! Love the writing, especially the Jeezer part. Really enjoyed it when you and JR were writing, It felt like watching the scene in the Matrix "Guys, Neo Is fighting Morpheus!" lol.
Really like how dark it is.
Take your time man, I'm sure the readers doesn't take your recreational writing for granted.

Just a quick question, now Jeezer successfully created stronger confusing emotional tides between Tim and the women close him, Will Jeezer use these women to ruin Randal and Tim's friendship by seducing Randal using especially Rebecca and Cecilia? Purposely letting Randal get caught would be interesting..

Hi JhonG! Just here to tell you that i love how you and JR wrote the story. Especially i like when Jezzer uses Rebecca's body like his own and acts like that is his new life.

How far is the story now I'm curious to know how he will take revenge on Randal.
Anyway great story, take your time and I hope we will read more about it.

Glad you guys liked what we had there! Yeah, it does get pretty dark at points, but I think that's just natural for the type of fiction. After all, taking over somebody's body isn't really a moral thing to do, and we you couple it with a perverted old man doing the possessing.... Well, things just get fun!

And I appreciate the sentiment, guest6, it's one of those things that I wish I could do more of.

As for Jezzer messing with Randall, the plotline originally was going to be Jezzer using the English teacher to put him in compromising positions. There weren't any plans to have Cecilia or Rebecca shack up with any male character but Tim, actually. I'll be honest, the Randall x Miss Holsten plot was one of the subplots that I was less thrilled about, I

Whoops, I hit enter too early on my last message. Continuing....

I mostly took JR's lead on that one, but we ended up disagreeing on how far we wanted to go with that one. I've been considering starting off from an earlier point in the story, and honestly I probably would make the Randall subplot slightly less sexual, simply because I like keeping the male action focused on Tim for this story.

As for the Tim and Cherrie plot, i never actually wrote anything for that one! Certainly has potential though.

I agree, Etim, one of my favorite aspects of the plot was Jezzer deciding to take on a new persona, both physically and otherwise. Tim trying to deal with these alter-egos is very fun to write.

JohnG, I'm a watcher of this story a long time ago (if I'm not wrong, when Wassel did a chapter there, so, way before this great arc we are talking about; kudos to you!), and I was hoping someone would break Donorface's rules about "The possessor cannot read their host's memories"... cause it makes the story even more interesting.

If I'm not wrong again, I think that at some point Jezzer started to read its hosts minds. Kudos to you again!

Bring back the darkness again! We love to read it! =]

I know I gave my two cents, but I absolutely agree with bo'b, bring it all back! (And show us different relationships maybe?)
No offense to other writers, but the possession game feels like it's getting stale again without you guys playing ball.

Indeed... different people has different tastes. There are those who hate evilish stories, and just enjoy the softer ones. It's okay... I do also like them, when they are not too shallow.
But, sometimes, I feel some hatred and prejudice (even inside of our community) , in more darker stories... like if someone has a dark fetish, it has the potential to result in a crime in the future. If that was true, we should ban knives... well, by the same reason. =P

So, those good fellow who shares the darkness and also has the great and noble ability to produce content about it without being too cheesy or even, in fact, a crime, just as it should be... they need to be duly noted. If we cant do other forms of appraisal, at least show them that their hard work is appreciated.

So lest we forget another JonhG work... A few heads are better than one :D

Yep yep. I think it's the general feeling of "by proxy" type deals, like what happened on one of the storylines with the Dragon Age Inquisition game, where originally it was written that a monster would impersonate one of the players companions and IIRC try to extract information by trying to seduce her/him (the player wasn't supposed to know it was a dream sequence and it's actually going on just in her/his mind), but that felt too "dark" for some of the writers and they felt the character would feel violated (yes, even when the game confirms it was not real), so they cut that part of the story, but then neglected the entire effect this event had to the overall arc, and that lead to criticisms of a hollow and incomplete story.

And the weird thing is, if you lose against that particular monster, the gameover screen shows how the monster goes on impersonating your freaking character and taking control of your inquisition, doing whatever it wants under your characters guise, creating chaos in it's wake, while the players companions struggle with trying to stay loyal to "your character," and it all ends darker than ever. That, apparently, and weirdly didn't give them pause at all when they were writing it.

I understand the limits on exposing audiences to darker content on mainstream media (which actually is a lot more mature and dark than it's ever before, just take a look at Jessica Jones (that mind control...god) or even GoT), I'm just amazed very few people dare to write about it at all. I mean, there are certainly lines, and there should be, but even with content that's not primarily monetized, and don't necessarily have to stay away from the controversy or censorship so they can keep on cashing in freely, it doesn't feel like creative freedom at all.

At this point, these "rules" feel like relics that simply exist to limit imaginations. I just hate to see these conformist ideas cripple the creativity or even break the will of authors left and right to the point that they quit their creations entirely, but I know I have to accept that and respect their choice.

And yeah, that story was pretty great, and I like that one author goes full F2F. Also, JohnG's additions to the excellent The Transplant (btw is Wassel getting paid or something?? Feels like new chapters every fcking day =D)

To be honest with you, I don't write a chapter every single day. Instead I usually store a bunch of chapters and then dribble them out bit by bit. Gives the illusion that I'm always writing I suppose.

Back on topic though, I am also a fan of this story and JohnG and JR's adds. It's a nice change of pace when thinks get a little dark. Be interesting to see if either of them do decide to continue it.

If you are talking about characters from the story, I think the mom would be an interesting choice to have the power for some time.
