As with those low quality movies from Indonesia, I'm not sure if the database here should be spammed with all of these movies. But some of the sequences are actually quite nice, done with CGI. Maybe these. Check it out by yourself. Most movies should be available on youtube or a czechian site, I'm not sure if it's official. If you translate its czechian name it just says "save it", but people seem to upload everything there. So I won't post the URL here.

Attention: As the board doesn't support UTF-8, I switched all czechian letters with its western equal letters. So most of the titles are not the real ones, but should be corrected by google...

No body swaps in there. I may have missed them, as they are hard to spot while just skipping through the videos, but as body swap is not a classic fairy tale story device, I doubt there is a fairy tale movie with stuff like that.

I don't know the Czech name of this program, only the German name. But in "Flying Ferdinand", a young boy is changing frequently in his older self, which looks like his father. I Don't know if this is mentioned above. It was one of the programs which brought the concept of transformation to me, when I watched as a child in the 80s. You could say, that with the show, my interest for transformations started.
But I have to say that in most of these Czech shows, transformations are not in the center of the plot. They are rather short, happening most times not to the main characters. And sadly almost never TG, what I like.
I think I have watched the movie in TV where people changed into fishes. Also some movie with teenagers and often transformations in school And neighborhood. But the transformations are very quick and not so important for the plot.
But these movies are all good shows for children with good quality of acting.

Yes, there are also those infamous fantasy tv shows from Czechia.

Letajici Cestmir - the smell of a flower turns children into adults, looking exactly like their parents

Arabela - several transformations, petrification

Arabela se vraci - giants, transformations, twisted age behaving

Judging from Wikipedia it seems there is also a female one. But I'm not sure. I just saw two actresses playing the same character, one labeled "grown up".

I can remember that I watched this movie with shrinked kids. I think they were somehow entering the brain of a man and controlling him. I hope this is correct? I have almost forget that I watched it.
They made a lot of these fairy tale and sci-fi movies for children in the 70s and 80s. I have read it was like this, because after the spring revolution of 1968 in Czechoslovakia, the socialist regime was becoming more strict and censored everything. So they made these innocent, almost nonpolitical and a little bit crazy movies for children with high class actors. That was also the reason that these movies were aired in West-Germany, despite the fact they were filmed in a communistic country.
I think there is some thread here on metamorphose.org about the rather lengthy show of The Fairy Bride (again the German name in English). I think there were some transformations in it.

Czechoslovakia also gave the World the very entertaining children's fantasy series "Pan Tau". I remember seeing a few episodes and some transformations were involved. For one thing, the mute central character, Pan Tau himself, kept shrinking to his doll sized form.

Grenzgaenger - thank you so much for posting these (and the Indo stuff you posted earlier). I love partial TF so Anicka s liskovymi orisky and Hospoda U bile kocky were my favorites. While going through these I stumbled on a movie called "Jak si pan Pinajs kupoval od kocoura sádlo" that had a very cute girl in a cat costume. I know it's not strictly TF but I love seeing girls in well done animal costumes. Do you know of any other Czech movies (or movies or TV shows from other countries) that aren't exactly TF but feature girls in animal costumes or with animal features like whiskers/ears/tails/etc.?
