There's Jigoku Ane, though the specific isn't really shown yet.
Sister got involved in an accident, woke up different, later said she was a he.

A few books that I can think of that feature this:

Stranger With My Face(separated identical twin teaches her other twin to astral travel, and then movies into her body while she's away - was made into a TV movie).

Forcible Entry(during experiment in astral projection test subject finds that he can occupy the vacant body of his fellow test subject, and decides to stay).

I think this also happens in the first Zoe Martinique book(I didn't find the book that good, so never finished it, but Zoe has the power to astral project, which she uses to be an investigator. I think at one point her body is possessed while she's projecting, but I was flipping through it, so I'm not to sure).

In the third and forth Dancing Gods books(mage figures out a way to remove souls from bodies and store them. Some soul swapping into vacant bodies in both books).

There's a manga called return or something where the main character's sister was caught in accident wakes up in the hospital a different person claiming that she is from the future.

The 70's Wonder Woman TV show had an episode where aliens could put an egg-like device on people's foreheads and that would store their minds and leave their bodies as automatons. I think they might have planted other people's brains at one point to use the bodies as imposters.

I think that "Intruders" might have been heading the direction of one soul forcing another to leave its host body, but the show was canceled and I haven't read the book.
