the man finds an elf who works with santa but doesn't believe him,
so he asks him to prove it
he then asks him to make him sexy, he is turned into a woman
that's not what it wanted, he says to be sexy but a man
so he get male voice and male parts
he then says that he wants to be a full male, that women cannot
resist ...
that's when he becomes a cute cat
when found by a young woman she tells him she is bringing him back
home but first she will castrate him ...

The elf screwed up anyway. The cat was a calico. Three colors. That
means it's either female or (rare but possible) sterile.
